Shri Sanatanam: Why did Sri Venkateswara swamy took debt from Kubera??

Many have a doubt about Sri Vishnu not clearing the debt of Kubera as Sri Venkateswara swamy. But, many of us won't think about the main reason of it.

Being the Lord of the universes, there’s no need for him to take debt. If he wants to, he can clear it after the marriage. Can we help him who is Lord of everything?? NO. The money we offer to him is also a part of his creation.

For the marriage with Sri Padmavathi devi, he took debt from Kubera. He took 14 lakh Ram mada coins from Kubera and said in him that he’ll pay INTEREST every year and at last (Kaliyuganth) he’ll repay even the total amount. He wrote a letter type one telling this to Kubera. And hope, we can see that even now in Tirumala near Sri Bhuvaraha swamy temple. Witness for that it Lord Brahma and Shiva Mahadev. What Srimannarayan did with 14 lakh coins?? He offered meals to his devotees

Many think, he came as human and don’t have money. That’s the reason he took. If that’s true, how can a normal human who is in the anthill know that someone who is far away from him threw axe on the cow and he should protect it???

If he is a normal human how he changed to a soothsayer and went to Dharanidevi and said about Sri Vedavathi???

So, we can easily understand that he’s not acting as a normal human but, it’s something a divine play. One day, in Aananda Nilayam Sri Venkateswara asks Maa Lakshmi “Dear Rama! I took debt at the time of my Vivaah with Padmavathi. Can you suggest any idea about clearing the debt!!!!!”

Sri Rama devi asked “Prabhu! You didn't ask me while taking the loan”(kidding) She continued “Hey Jagathpathi! You invited me to the marriage. I came. Even though I came, you thought me as a stranger and didn't asked. But, went and secretly asked Kubera!!!!! What's this lila.”

Then Sripathi replied “Lakshmi! You got angry on me as Brigu kicked and went to Kolhapur. You were doing Tapasya for me. That time how can I ask you that ‘Dear, I'm going to marry Padmavathi so please give me some amount!!!!’ I can't…”

Lakshmi Maa says “Lord! I'll give you the amount that you want now itself. Return to Kubera. Why having a name that you borrowed…! Clear the debt at least now.🙏”

He said “Siri! I know your greatness. But, this shouldn't be cleared now itself. I have a plan for that. You know about Kaliyug!! How the people will be… They'll do number of sins for gaining money or many other reasons. They at least don't know the word dharm. In that situation the people will be. They suffer with many problems as a result of their sins. I can't leave them to their fate if they're suffering a lot. Being the Lord of the universe, I will be having affection on them. If not I, then who will save them. I'll be in Tirumala only till Kaliyuganth. I won't return to Sri Vaikuntam even… As I promised Kubera, I'll be paying INTEREST to him every year and will the return the whole amount at the end of the Kaliyuga.”

“They do number of sins and suffer with different type of problems because of their sins. When they suffer with the problems they pray me and request to solve their problems. It will never be good if I keep quiet that time. So, I’ll encourage them to offer me the money which they earn by doing sinful activities/in the wrong for protecting them. And I won’t use that for repaying to Kubera. I donate that to innocent and poor people. I help them in different ways like education, shelter, giving food, etc., So, the ones who donate here get too much Punyphal even for small donations. I’ll repay that amount to Kubera which is earned correctly and offered by good people to me. Nothing urgent is there that I should repay Kubera now itself. As I promised him, I’ll repay him the whole amount with interest at the end of Kaliyug.”

I think everyone got what he said. We must never be in the thoughts that we are helping him in clearing debt. And he won’t give whole amount to Kubera which we give. He gives that amount which is earned correctly and offered by good ones.

He will never feel happy that my devotees today offered me 3 crores. But, is worrying that we’re not following dharm.

Already he is merciful but, in this Kaliyug he is standing in Tirumala with more and moreee mercy. Please don’t think that he is not standing there and it’s just an idol. In all his avathars, he came to protect his innocent devotees and destroy adharm followers. But, it’s not like that this time. How many true devotees are there in this Kaliyug? And how many adharm followers are there?? If he really want to kill the ones who do wrong how many will be alive!!! So, he’s waiting us to change and follow dharm marg. He is so alert to protect us if we call, he is not even in sitting nor in the sleeping posture. But, only standing with lot and lot of patience!!!!!!!

Daily we should meditate on him and must be able to see his murthy in our heart. We are not able to do that in this Kaliyug. That’s why, he is only bestowing even that happiness to us by just entering in the temple/stepping on Sri Venkatachalam/ seeing his murthy in Ananda Nilayam. He is that much Karuna murthy.

May be, you can ask me, how can you tell so confidently that he wants us to follow dharm…? He wants us to follow dharm. I’ll give an example for that which took place recently.

A person, after listening about Sri Venkateswara swamy avathar katha asked (not me) Sir, will he call me if I live according to dharm. Preacher confirmed that. He said “Srinivasa will surely bless you and call you if you follow dharm”. Then, that person decided to live correctly for 6 months and if Sri Venkateswara gives him darsan very nearly then he thought to live in righteous way lifelong. If not, he will stop following dharm. After living correctly for 6 months, he did yatra to Sri Venkatachalam and he got ticket for Laghu darsan. He thought if he can see Lord for much time nearly, Lord is happy as he is living correctly. Someone after he going to Tirumala called him and requested him to be in the place where Hundi amount will be counted (to be someone like witness). He agreed and went. After that work is completed he was about to go. Then, someone again called him and said “Sir, for the ones who are being as a witness here, there’ll special darshan of Sri Venkatapathi where you can stand near the Kulasekhar Alwar Gadapa. So, please come and have his divine darsanam…” That person was literally in shock after listening these words and felt very happy. Finally, he had darsan of Lord in very little distance. So, he decided to live correctly until his last breath. What does this mean? Srinivasa Perumal want us to live in a righteous way, he is waiting for this and not for the amount we offer him in Hundi.

If we can’t live in that righteous way, just surrender to his feet without any other thought. Believe him completely and request him to bless you in the way that you always think about him. By this, he’ll surely bless us in the way that you live correctly and bestow his darsan.
